Shipping policy
WE appreciate how expensive postage is, particularly to international destinations. We've endeavoured to keep costs as low as possible, however, it can be a little risky to not pay a bit extra to have your item tracked and signed for, as once your purchase is handed over for delivery, it is in the hands of the delivery service.
Because in some instances pieces are one-off designs, attempting to replicate lost or damaged items and re-send is difficult and sometimes impossible due to the limited nature of the materials used. To this end, we recommend selecting an upgraded postage option. Where possible (and this is dependant on the country in question providing the service) we have provided a combined Track and Sign service.
Certain countries, only offer one service or the other, not both combined. In these instances I have prioritised the Signed For option unless an alternative request is added for me during the purchasing process at checkout. (Which we will happily oblige :) This includes alternate Royal Mail delivery options not listed here. If you are able to specify your upgraded alternative we can create a custom postage purchase listing for you.
The option to upgrade your item (particularly recommended for Items over £20) covers you in case of loss or damage wherein said loss or damage can be proved. Compensation is strictly dealt with via the postal company responsible. I will always do what I can to assist in this instance so please contact me, but ultimately the postal company in question has the final say on any compensatory outcome.
Upgraded items tend to also incur faster delivery times, so hopefully your new item(s) will reach you within 7 - 10 working days for Europe and 14 - 20 working days for Rest of World on receipt of payment. Please do let me know if this is not the case and I'll do everything I can to find out what's going on. As with anything to do with the post, nothing is set in stone, but these options should provide good peace of mind :)

*If your address is a bit pernikity, like a house name instead of a number, or to use the back entrance, or to watch out for your guard rabbit, then please add a message to us during the purchasing process and we will make sure to add it to the delivery address details on your package.
*Some countries charge customs tax for items over a certain value. Unfortunately this is out of my control and it is up to you to be familiar with the customs laws and charges of your country.
